For app issues, include the exact screen, selected mode, time standard, device model and the steps that reproduce the problem.

What screenshots help most?

The setup screen and the result screen are usually enough. If the problem is in history, include the saved-plan entry as well.

Can support verify a legal rest plan?

No. Support can help with app behavior, but your company procedures and applicable regulations remain authoritative.

How quickly will I get a response?

Messages are reviewed as availability allows. Critical operational decisions should never wait for app support.
