This Privacy Policy explains how BlueToe handles privacy for CrewRest Planner Pro. The app is designed as a lightweight crew rest planning tool that performs calculations on the user’s device.
This policy applies to CrewRest Planner Pro and the related website at https://crp.bluetoe.de.
CrewRest Planner Pro does not require an account. The app does not use advertising, does not track users, does not sell personal data, and does not use third-party analytics.
The developer does not intentionally collect personal information through the app’s core calculation features.
Rest planning calculations are processed locally on the user’s device. Inputs such as flight times, rest windows, crew configuration, rest modes, and related settings are used to generate the calculation result on-device.
If the app stores calculation history, that history is stored locally on the device. It remains on the device unless the user deletes the app, clears the data, or removes the stored history using available device or app controls.
Any purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store and In-App Purchase system. BlueToe does not receive full payment card details.
Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple’s own policies and App Store terms.
CrewRest Planner Pro does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or account services.
The App Store and In-App Purchase system are provided by Apple for app distribution, purchases, purchase restoration, and related platform functionality.
BlueToe does not sell personal data. The app does not share calculation inputs or calculation history with BlueToe as part of the core app workflow.
If a user chooses to contact BlueToe by email, the user decides what information to include in that message.
Locally stored calculation history, if enabled or available, remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears the relevant data, or deletes the app.
Email messages sent to BlueToe for support, suggestions, or problem reports may be retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain support records.
CrewRest Planner Pro is intended for professional or operational planning contexts and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
CrewRest Planner Pro may be used by people in different countries. The app’s core calculations are processed locally on the device. If a user contacts BlueToe by email, the message may be processed through email systems that operate across regions.
BlueToe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
